Joey is passionate about continuous improvement, applying this mindset to enhance paid social strategies, long-form copy, and conversion funnels.</p> <p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <p>We are hiring a <strong>Senior Creative Strategist</strong> to join our growing team.</p> <p>The ideal person for this role has a genuine interest in online advertising, a growth mindset, and a <strong>proven track record of significant wins</strong> where ads they produced or copy they wrote converted at scale. This is a great position for a <strong>senior professional with 5+ years of experience</strong> who has mastered the game but wants to stay on the cutting edge. Since we invest our own capital and get paid on performance, we need someone who thinks critically and leads with creative solutions—not just someone who follows a playbook. While expertise is required, a willingness to continually improve remains vital to our culture.</p> <p>Experience writing & producing video ads for Meta, Youtube or Tiktok is a plus, as is experience writing for financial services clients.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>Write:</strong> Work with the CEO, and our video team to draft and produce videos ads that convert. Additional writing of landing pages, advertorials, interstitials and emails as needed.</li><li><strong>Recruit actors & influencers:</strong> We are always expanding our network of actors to star in our videos.</li><li><strong>Research:</strong> With guidance from the CEO, you’ll research the ideal customer persona, their problems, desires, needs, fears and decision set.</li><li><strong>Test planning and execution:</strong> Work with the CEO and our media buyers to continuously improve results through a/b and multivariate testing.
